How do I know what size Shrinkx Hips to order?
You should purchase the size that is closest to your pre-pregnancy pant size (pant size 0-8 is a XS/S and pant size 10-1X is a M/L). If you gained more than 50 pounds during your pregnancy then you should order the next larger size of Shrinkx.
If you're between sizes, the best thing to do is take a measurement of your hips. Measure at the widest part, and if your hips are 42 inches and below we recommend going with the XS/S size. If your hips are over 44 inches, but less than 51.5 inches around, then we recommend going with the M/L size for your best fit.
I have already had a child, will Shrinkx Hips still work for me after my current pregnancy?
Yes, the hormone Relaxin is released with each new pregnancy giving you an opportunity to reduce the size of your hips each time you deliver.
Is there any benefit in wearing Shrinkx Hips belt other than reducing the size of your hips?
Absolutely! The Shrinkx provides added stability to loosened pelvic joints and ligaments helping to prevent injury, fatigue, or stress which allows your body to recover more comfortably after delivery.
Shrinkx Hips should be hand washed with mild detergent and laid flat to dry. It is NOT recommended that you machine wash, even on a hand wash setting.
